The Human Resources team at RNA Corp uses business analysis and evaluation tools such as Manpower Planning, Goal Setting, Competency Grid, Roles & Responsibilities Framework and Performance Management System to engage extensively with the employees. The processes enable effective management of manpower, leverage their capabilities to deliver on business goals and create a sustainable organization.

The HR processes are designed to acquire the right talent, and groom them to create a productive work environment. The team on a continuous basis utilizes competency based assessment while selection, invests in developmental and training sessions for enhancing employees potentials, introspecting our strengths & weaknesses by participating in “The Great Places To Work” survey, encouraging corporate social responsibility amongst its employees by running a “Ek Jodi Kapda” drive, celebrating events, etc.
